I would not recommend this agent to anyone. I made the mistake of using them based on a referral and did not take the time to fully investigate all the registered agent services available. When I discovered that this service costs 5 times what most registered agents charge, I began to investigate. They do pay the fee for the annual list of officers, but other than that, I could find no reason to justify the exhorbitant annual cost. In addition, when I changed registerd agent and my corporate address, they continued to bill the monthly fee for their "services"
