| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Nevada must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Nevada street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Nevada or an entity authorized to do business in Nevada, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
