Nevada Business Services is great! I have talked with Clinton on several occasions and he has helped me with a variety of issues regarding our corporations and filings. I've tried other business services at more than twice the price but never had the exceptional personal service and attention to detail provided by Nevada Business Services.

For example, when the Sec. of State's Office messed up the spelling on TWO of our corporations's documents , and I could not reach anyone at the Sec. of State, another resident agent was not willing or able to help. At Nevada Business Services, they provided exceptional service in dealing with the problem. Clinton answered the call personally and worked with me to correct the State's error immediately, and I was not even a client of his at that time! With this kind of response and service seldom found in recent times I'm now using Nevada Business Services for several business needs.

I would enthusiastically recommend Nevada Business Services. Lexus quality at a very reasonable cost.

I worked directly with Clinton and he was extremely helpful and very resourceful and professional. Within 15 minutes of our first call he had emailed me the required forms for review and we spent 15 minutes on the telephone filling them out. After receiving the forms I signed them and forward them back. Within 6 hours (I paid to have the process expedited), my entity was registered and I received the Certificate of Formation for my LLLP. His fee was very inexpensive especially compared to the larger services who still haven't returned my call. I highly recommend their services.
